WORKING PRINCIPLE

Rotating drum,
washed and rinsed.

Parts are poured into a horizontally bedded scroll through the inlet port and, while moving through the spiral toward the outlet, are washed by alkali chemical pulverized via nozzles.

    Parts are poured into the horizontally bedded scroll through the inlet port.

    Spiral Transport

    Parts move through the spiral toward the outlet, rolling up and down inside the drum.

    Alkali Spray Wash

    Alkali chemical is pulverized via nozzles; as the drum rotates, every piece is washed.

  4. 04

    Drying

    Parts are dried after the wash for degreasing, deburring and cleaning.
