WORKING PRINCIPLE

Conveyor washing,
fully automatic.

Parts placed at the inlet are carried by a conveyor towards the outlet, sprayed and washed along the line, then dried and discharged. The entire device runs as full automatic while all washing details remain parametric.

    Loading

    Parts are placed at the inlet point and moved towards the outlet with a conveyor.

  2. 02

    Pressure Wash

    Parts are sprayed at high pressure with pre-washing, washing, rinsing and passivation liquids.

  3. 03

    Hot-Air Drying

    At the end of the process the parts are dried with pressurized hot air.

  4. 04

    Discharge

    Cleaned parts are discharged at the outlet; robotic loading and unloading options are available.
