WORKING PRINCIPLES

Wash, rinse and dry,
inside a sealed drum.

This machine allows us to wash, rinse and dry mass production parts before assembly and packing. Optionally, ultrasonic units can be attached to increase the washing quality.

    Loading

    Parts in the baskets moving on the conveyor are fed into the machine manually or pneumatically.

  2. 02

    Sealed Drum

    The door locks automatically and the wash, rinse and dry operations are handled inside the drum.

  3. 03

    Spray + Soak

    Both spray and soak cleaning are employed, improving cleanliness at the maximum level.

  4. 04

    Drying

    Hot air or vacuum drying is applied to finish the cycle.
